Prime New York Steaks From The Freezer

My wife pulled these from the freezer. Prime New York steaks. Costco usually packs their steaks in 3 packs, so we had these left over from a couple of previous purchases. This was road cook number 2.

    Salt and pepper only.

Couple of spuds. No oil or butter for crispier skin.

Got a pretty nice sear on these.

Grilled a small batch of carrots.

    Plate.

This meal was really tasty. Thanks for looking.

Awesome meal Cliff and I like the way you did your carrots. Never thought about doing them that way, but will give it a try for sure.

Man, I wish we had a Costco nearby! It's hard to find Prime meats locally in the chain stores. May have to search out an independent butcher nearby. Nevertheless, the steaks look amazing, Cliff! And I'm with Barb on the carrots. Nice grill marks. A+ meal.
