Some ribs, with a mustard slather and Meat Church Deez Nuts Rub. I trimmed these St. Louis style and saved the trimmings for sausage.

Very nice-looking meal! I bought a hanger for the 22 once I learned they were being discontinued but have yet to use it; your ribs make me realize I need to break it in.
 
What could be better than chicken, ribs, mac & cheese? It all looks super! Nice pull-back on the ribs.
