I love crook neck squash, and will pair it with anything, it's that good. Tonight's pairing....drum sticks. I know, unimpressive, but tonight's dinner was all about the crook neck, saute in garlic & Italian seasoning. But since this is a BBQ forum:

I came back for 2nds, 3rds, and 4th on the squash. I just love this time of year, squash is simply amazing

Love that color... Squash is so good I can eat it raw sometimes - found a killer squash soup last fall that I didn't expect much from

They're like dogs, they beg, in fact they're worse than dogs, they don't give up. They love BBQ chicken, turkey too
 
Chuck it all looks fantastic. I also love crook neck squash, like to grill them and add butter and seasoning yummy stuff.
 
Those are some fine looking drumsticks. It's been ages since we've had any crooknecks. Thanks for the reminder.
