It's a long time, I know ...
I made some ducks on my new rotisserie, so I share with you.
Flavored only with salt, pepper and caraway. 1.5 hours in aluminum foil and then two hours without aluminum foil. Orange, onion and garlic inside. It was over expectations.

Okay Bob and thank you. But let me draw your attention - caraway is also used for flavoring :p
The caraway did not go unnoticed, and I forgive you for that. :)

I've been thinking about doing ducks one day, but they are just too dificult to get here.
They got to be somewhere here as I ate angry duck at the Thai restaurant yesterday :)

Excellent looking ducks. I have a couple of ducks I purchased last week and I have been thinking about cooking them on the rotisserie. Your post has made up my mind. I do have a couple of questions, what do you mean by "1.5 hours in foil"? Also, at what temperature do you think you were cooking at while on the rotisserie? Thanks for sharing your cook.

Ducks (on the skewer) wrapped in aluminum foil and cook for about one hour and thirty minutes. Then unpacked the ducks and grill about two hours without foil. I used one full chimney lit by Weber briquettes. The top and bottom openings were half closed a whole time, the temperature is unknown for me :confused:. Good luck and enjoy.
