Looking real good, Chuck! That tri-tip/belly/sausage mix of yours is da bomb! Might have to be the first thing I grind up when I get my new (to me) grinder ready for action.
We had a similar sky tonight.....nice to have it clear up for sunset.

Man was it coming down around 2AM, I got up just to check it out. 65 degrees no wind and pouring like nobody's business

Hey, I thought I was Wimpy!? I never said which Tuesday either!
Now I want smoked turkey, corned beef, smoked brisket, sausages, pork chops, egg McBob (any form), grilled chicken, wings, steak, pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin, standing rib roast, meatloaf...
I’ll have to say it again, “You guys are Killin’ me!”
And I JUST HAD breakfast!
And, by the way, I’d gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today!
