There will be some fine dining on your lunch hour this week. Super rotisserie cook. Killer wings.
 
Fine looking bird there Chuck. Did you do anything with those drippings?
I kind of wanted to, but I didn't. I did eat the wings yesterday and the drums will get twiced cooked later this week for dinner. The goal of this cook was to harvest some good lunch meat and the dripping didn't make the plan.
