Pork Tenderloins with Apricot chipolte glaze.

Rubbed up some pork tenderloins.

Used this stuff.

Fired up the Kettle.

Letting it do it's thing.

Cooked indirect with KBB and pecan chunks.

The glaze.

I cooked them a little on the direct side and took them off.

Sliced. Just a hint of pink in the middle.

Plated.

Looks perfectly cooked Dustin. Bet that apricot glaze was delicious. Nice handles on your kettle.

Those tenderloins are spot- awn! Killer glaze. Love chipotle in everything (within reason).

I’ve done a ton of tenderloins and that looks delightful!

I’m absolutely in agreement with Cliff, nice handles, PM me as to where they came from?
