Had the day off today and did what needed to be done most: NOTHING!!!

No President's day is complete without Beer Brats

Salmon on the Genny

The skin side got blackened, I had to shut the heat off under the Salmon

But it came out amazing

I've been wanting brats since before the superbowl, and salmon long before that! Glad you were able to enjoy some time off.

I needed something more fish, and the brats were a good price. They actually paired up well together.
