Nice cook Andy, nice use of the leftovers. We make brisket enchiladas with our leftovers also.
 
I don't know much about Brisket, but I do know when something looks tasty. That looks most tasty :)
 
That’s a snow day? Around the (real)mitten state a snow day doesn’t happen without six inches of snow and frustratingly cold air temp!
Brisket looks just plain dandy! I’ve never met a brisket I didn’t want to eat!!!

Yeah, I'm from Iowa originally and now live in the south. Pretty hilarious to see what will shut down the entire city. But a day off of work is a day off of work.
 
When my parents moved to Georgia, my dad thought it was hilarious to see how things shut down with a few flakes!
He would make sure the lady across the street had enough booze and food.
