My son's bought me a membership for X-Mas and my first box was the Exotic Meat Menu, which has Elk Salami, Duck Salami, Reindeer summer Sausage, Buffalo Jerky, Rabbit Jerky, Yak Emu Salami.
So far I sampled both jerky's and the Yak Emu Salami and they were fantastic!
I need to pick up some really good cheese and crackers before I sample the others. They offer you an idea on using different salamis on pizza, so maybe a Duck, Elk or Yak Emu pizza is coming up.
