TVWB meat Dan - Dan meat TVWB peoples


 
Hello there friends. I'm Dan, I'm from metro Atlanta, and I have spent the last few years smoking on my 18' webber Kettle and the wife has just upgraded me to a WSM 22 for Christmas. Due to the previous size limitations I haven't ventured too far into the bbq world, but am ready to "dip my toes" into all the meats! That being said, I figured this would be a good place to not only get some ideas and direction, but to document my food adventures along the way. I'm going to do some ribs and beer can chicken for New Years Eve/Falcons game on Sunday to get my bearings on the new rig, but suggestions on where to go from there will be appreciated.
