Doing my annual bacon making for some stocking stuffer christmas gifts. Turned out really well and maybe the best yet. I think hanging it is the way to go.

Looks Tasty! I'll probably just get lump charcoal in my stocking. Sometimes it pays to a little naughty!
 
I'll hang a extra large stocking for one of them.:eek: Plus your going to make some people very happy with that kind of stocking stuffer.
 
That bacon looks perfect. Great color on it. I have 20lbs on my smoker right now for xmas presents and I hope it looks as good as that.
 
Dah it never occurred to me to do a little extra bacon and give it as Christmas gifts. Great idea and also very nice looking bacon.
 
Nice looking bacon and I like that packaging with the label. Barb and I do the same thing made up about 20 lbs. and we will be sharing with friends and neighbors for Christmas.
