I've been pretty busy what with all the holiday stuff. I did this cook a few nights ago to use up the last of our turkey. Here's a few quick shots. I love this recipe because it had Madras Curry Powder in it and love the smell and that flavor.
Sauted up some carrots and onion.
After transferring the carrot mixture to a bowl I softened up some celery and mushrooms and a few spices.
Melted some butter and mixed in the Madras Curry. After a minute or so I added a little flour and then after that some chicken broth.
Mixed it all together along with the turkey.
Rolled out the dough, fitted and trimmed over the pie and applied an egg wash.
Gave it about 50 minutes of the grill.
Dinner is served. This was delicious
