How to cook with beer (article)


 
Interesting, I cook a lot with beer. Sometimes in the dish I'm making, but mostly with a beer in my left hand and tongs or spatula in my right hand.
 
Good article. I have a ton of recipes that use use beer. I cook with my Homebrew as an ingredient often. In fact, I used it in my batter for fish and chips last night.

I wonder if I tried Rich & Barb's onion ring batter for fish n chips.............. last time I had it it was great! When I cook their onion rings I usually have a buzz before the first batch is out.
