Snowday Spatchcocked Chickens

Had fun in the snow yesterday here in Elon, NC. Got a fresh shipment of Fruitawood on Friday as the storm began. Used peach for this smoke. These were brined in Lanes BBQ Signature brine for about 3 hours and then rubbed with their SweetHeat/Garlic Combo rub that I was lucky enough to win in a contest. Bottom bird is rubbed with Cattlemans Grill Ranchero rub. Ran 300 degrees of so. No water. Took around 2 hours. Thanks for looking. Happy Holidays! Have a great week!
