How are you cooking your T-Giving Turkey?

I'll get this going.

I'm cooking mine with the roti on the Performer. A 14 lb foster farms fresh turkey from Costco brined with the Apple Brine recipe. It's on the roti right now and is approaching the 2 hr mark so time to check the temp in the breast :)
 
I did the Apple brine too and cooked it on the WSM with pecan chunks. I also used an herb based rub I got from another Weber recipe.
 
Just some Slay Yo Daddy BBQ Jailbird Chicken Rub, 1 chunk of apple wood, 325°F in the WSM for 2 hr. 45 min to 160-165°F in the breast. All gone by the end of dinner this afternoon! :D
 
Will be doing our bird today. Using one of our favorite Weber recipes Brined and Barbecued Turkey with Pan Gravy. But this time on the kettle gasser instead of the performer.
