Smoked CSRs with Sauce

Had some CSRs in the freezer and decide to smoke them and then to finish braising them in a sauce and serve over rice.
Seasoned the ribs with my homemade rib seasoning and smoked them in the mini with apple for the smoke for 2 ½ hours. The mini ran a steady 250 for the whole smoke.
Made my sauce using BBQ sauce, peach nectar. Penzeys Arizona Dreaming rub and apple juice.
After the smoke placed the ribs in a pan and covered. Put the pan on the E320 at 350 for two more hours.
Shredded the ribs and served over rice.
Barb made a new grilled zucchini dish that was excellent.
We really like the CSRs and will definitely do again.
I’m thinking that shredded pork would make a great BBQ sammie also.

A big thank you from Barb and me to all the Veteran’s out there past and present for their service to our country.

Looks terrific Rich. Anything basted with a sauce that includes peach nectar has got to be good. Great looking dinner!

As good as the CSRs looked coming off the smoker I'm surprised all 5 of them made it into the braising pan!
