Butchered them on the farm though I was to young to participate. Then later at my high school we had to butcher a few of our cows. Was supposed to be a learning class but many freaked when they were shot. Only about 4 of us watched the whole process. This was back in 67 and the guy that did it had a whole setup in a large trailer. Pit bbq was the next step !

Interesting video. Funny, you can be trained to butcher a cow properly AND be untrained and still "butcher" a cow.
