Then a cold front moved in with storms and a temp drop from 78F to 61F in an hour.


The wind cranked my hood temp up to the 300's, and I wasn't about to go out there to throttle the vents.
2 hours later a lull let me foil them with a sprinkle of brown sugar mixed with rub, and add a few more coals.

Ray, the little WSM has its legs locked in the Weber table or it would have no doubt blown over.
 
Great looking ribs Bob, I really prefer using my performer now for BBs, same results as the WSM but half the hassle. That storm looks a lot like the monsoons we get here, nasty storms for sure.
 
Those ribs look delicious Bob. That was one nasty storm, glad everything work out ok.
