Pizza on the kettle

Saw a cool and super simple pizza video on YouTube by white thunder bbq.
He uses 2 fire bricks and a perforated aluminum pan to cook his pie. He cranks the heat on the grill up to about 650degrees.
Does anyone use this method and what aluminum pan do you use? I’ve seen some pans that are rated to 500degrees, the pan in the link below does not say. Not like the pan will melt, but not sure if it is safe to bring to such a high temperature. Thoughts??

As long as it’s not some sort of Teflon coated anything, it should be fine. The blurb says it’s non-stick I tend to think that is as much because of the perforations as any surface treatment (which they do not say it has).
I would think this rascal would be pretty darned durable!

Thanks for the reply on this! It fell off my radar when the shipping exceeded the cost of the pan
