We hadn't had steak in quite some time so when we saw these guys at Costco I threw them in the cart. Sided them up with thinly sliced Brussels Sprouts with caramelized shallots. Threw in some walnuts and red pepper flakes for good measure too. Lastly a couple of bakers to round the meal out.
Salt and pepper only.
Sprouts ready to roll.

Got the steaks over some high heat.

Moved steaks to cool side for a few minutes.
