I got a nice fire going in the baskets on the Performer.


Coated some asparagus with EVOO and Sriracha.


The ingredients for the pineapple salsa.


Potatoes went on first, then the asparagus.


Salmon hits the grill with some EVOO and S&P.


After the flip.


Plated with the pineapple salsa.


This was a big hit with the family. Thanks for looking.:cool:

Although not a salmon fan I have to say that's a fantastic looking plate Pat, nice cook.
 
That Salmon was perfectly grilled!!!!! I bet it tasted great! The whole meal looks very tasty!!!! nice cook!
 
I think this is your best post ever Pat, Salmon and pineapple salsa looks perfect....
I like Mango salsa on fish as it has a sweet flavor.

Pineapple salsa! I've gotta try that. I've been cutting my pineapples into bite sized chunks & eating it either plain (usually) or cut up in a bowl with other fruits (bananas, apples, grapes, mangoes). I know it'd make a great salsa.
