Total of 6 meat temp probes


 
Why? I put the probes into the smaller pieces of meat because they (should) cook faster.

If you need to check the temp on the larger piece(s) of meat just remove the probe from a smaller one and put it in the larger one and read/record the temp. Then return it to the smaller piece.

As the smaller piece(s) get done move the probes to the larger piece(s). :)
 
Called fire board drive has a dongle and a 20 cfm fan on there website but fireboard and the drive together is like 400 dollars
