I cooked the money muscle half of a pork butt Sunday, along with some rib tips.
Not sure what the boneless 1/2 butt weighed, it was fairly small, but the darn thing hit two stalls, one at 166, then again at 185.
Total cook time was about 8.5 hours, tips done in about 4.5. Smoker ran in the 260/270 range.

I had mine on an Idaho, rolled in melted bacon fat, then covered with sea salt.
Hope nobody cringes at the sight of sour cream on pulled pork. :)

Pulled pork looks like it came out great!! I'd swap the sour cream with some cheese, but the pork and jalapeno combo definitely works for me. Nice meal!!!
 
Bob, leave it as is but add some cheese. That would make it just right, but still looks great.
