Chili Burgers, Canadian Bacon and Home Made Bread

Here ae some great eats after our Beef Rib disaster.
The next day we decided on some simple cooks, burgers with left over chili dog chili, cheese, pickles and tomatoes with a side of home fries. These were awesome burgers.

Next up was smoked Canadian bacon with beech wood smoke. Cooked for 3 hours till I.T. of 140, now ready to come off. Sliced and divided into 9 packages.

To end our day of cooking Rich made some Saturday White Bread and I made English Muffin Bread.

Great looking burgers! Get a slab of pineapple and some teriyaki and you can make Hawaiian burgers with that Canadian bacon!
