I didn't know that the WSM had the "one-touch" cleaning system.

Maybe it translates to..... Grasp with both hands, be sure to only touch once, turn over bowl and dump ashes.

I make my own plastic jug scoop from a gallon vinegar jug. The plastic is thicker.

As for the 1 touch..."once touched" I don't stop cleaning until it's done.
