Jambalaya and Cornbread

I haven't made this in a while. It's one our very favorites. Here's some pictures.

First the cornbread. Roasted the peppers and corn.

Next the Jambalaya. Ham, 1 lb. shrimp, Linguica, broth, onion, white rice, garlic, Italian parsley, bell pepper, celery and S&P.

As I mentioned, one of our favorite meals. Wonderful flavors in both the cornbread and the Jambalaya. Thank you for looking.
 
OH my gosh they both look AWESOME!! If you don't mind, about how long was the cook time on the jambalaya? That would be a show stopper the next time we have friends over!!

Tim... Both recipes are from Weber. The Jambalaya is from their Cooking With Live Fire book. The cornbread is on the IPhone Weber app. If you don't have access to both here's the respective links I found online.

Looks great Cliff! Thanks for adding the shrimp at the very end, I've witnessed and tasted too many overcooked shrimp in my life.
