Howdy from St. Marys, GA! Just bought my first Weber a couple weeks ago. I have been using a Charbroil smoker for the last 6 years as a charcoal smoker and grill, so I am not that much of a newbie when it comes to charcoal. I will get some pictures and recipes on here when I can.
