My wife wanted to make her Ratatouille for dinner. I contributed with a Tri Tip I dug out of the freezer and Crash Potatoes.

Little 2 lb. Tri Tip rubbed down with Cattleman's Steakhouse Seasoning.

The Ratatouille was fantastic, one of my wife's specialties. Wonderful combination of flavors. Tri Tip and potatoes weren't bad either.
Hope everyone is having a great game day. Thanks for looking.

That Tri-Tip and all the goodies look great...But man that bread just gets to me the most of all.... There's nothing better than the smell and taste of fresh baked bread.

Great looking meal! My wife was just talking about making Ratatouille. Normally something we'd make with fresh produce from our garden. Not happening this year, our garden didn't produce.
