None of this ever would have been available had not Bob Correll started this amazing thread, thank you Bob

The PB Burnt Ends were amazing, the 75% Tri-Tip / 25% Pork Belly burgers were amazing, and I finally made some bacon that is almost pretty. The good news, even if your bacon is ugly (like most mine) it's amazing eats. I figure I have enough bacon to last until Thanks Giving

Everyone have a great weekend, keep your BBQ hot and your umbrella drinks cold

Got to agree with you Chuck, thanks to Bob and his thread Barb and I both enjoy the best bacon ever.
Just picked up another PB at Costco (3.59 Lb.) and a Pork butt to be ground up for burgers and meat loaf.
Will be trying some PB burnt ends soon, yours looks amazing.
Yep that sure is pretty bacon.
I found a great combination for burgers ground chuck cross rib roast and ground PB 75/25% mix, moist tender and super flavor. Your TT/PB blend sounds great too.

Pork Belly Burgers? Interesting.. I have one in the Freezer, fresh hog klil, may try...

How are you hosting pics?

Chuck you nailed all three, outstanding cook. We have about 18 packages of bacon and plan on doing some more next month just to keep us and a few friends going.
