G'day folks, I'm Tom from South Australia, Just started this smoking game, picked up a baby 14 inches wsm and I've done about 8 smokes so far. It's got its hooks into me to say the least.
Mostly just pork and beef ribs, as well as a couple of lamb racks. Will get some pics up
Building a heatermeter and so far it looks like I'm going to need some serious tech support haha.
