Genesis 1000 swing table end cap

guys, I brought a Genesis 1000Lx off CL and taking it apart to clean and rebuild. On the left side where the swing out table, i couldn't figure out how to take off the end cap to disassemble the table. Is there any trick to it. It looks to me there is a locking tab once it slips in the frame it locks it up and can't be reverse. If there is no tab can i just pull it out with force?? Please help........

Look underneath the frame where the end cap is, there should be a hole where the tab on the end cap pops down. Take a screw driver and push it up and if it's not to gooped up you can pull the end cap out.
