Clint, you were right, that is some seriously good Mole! Thanks for the heads up, hopefully I did it justice. My bride has some ideas to make it even better. That's what I'm talking about
 
Chuck you nailed that one, that looks fantastic and I'd take a plate of it for sure.
 
Very beautiful looking food there. I had asked a colleague of mine at work for some Mole recipe - I will have to ask her again once she is back from her visit home in Mexico.
