Santa Fe Coffee Rub Chicken Thighs

I wanted to try out my Project smoke Santa Fe Coffee rub, bought some boneless chicken thighs. Grilled them directly over Kingsford coals. Flipped them a few times. The rub tasted great!!! I am really happy with the rubs that I bought recently. I also sold my Canon Rebel XSi and upgraded to the Canon 80D. It's a big step up, still learning on how to use it, so far very happy with the Canon 80d. Have a great weekend!!!! Lots of Pre Season NFL to watch!

Those thighs look spot-on! Might have to try some of those rubs. Congrats on the camera - looks like you know how to use it.
 
You're on a roll Michael. Love chicken thighs and those look terrific. It's fun to get an Amazon order in, isn't it? Nice looking camera. You'll get a lot of fun and use out of it.
