this is a thing now at our lil taquerias or cheap mexican drive-thrus. They'll make them into burritos too, which are pretty good.
Here's some flap meat, about 1/2#, and I'm not sure what kind of peppers but they're hot.
I thought 5 minutes would be good to melt the cheese. Rong!
