Hello all-

I've been a longtime on and off lurker here. I've learned a lot and am hoping to contribute what I can. I have an 18" WSM, Black Bar B Kettle, and Blue Stainless Steel Performer that i saved from the dump and fixed up. Smoking is my main passion, but I grill somewhat regularly and have an ongoing interest in curing meats. Other hobbies include espresso and espresso machines (fixing them up), fountain pens, shaving brushes and specialty razors.
