First Cook On the WSM

Thanks to the massive amount of information on this site/forum i was confident enough to do my first cook on the WSM over the weekend.
I am very much a nubie to BBQ with only a couple of cooks on the Weber Kettle before hand.
Can't believe how easy the WSM was to use.
Using the minion method, it wasn't too hard to get the temp to 225f and it pretty much held this temperature for over 7 hours.
Did some sticky pork ribs, beef short ribs and reverse seared some Cape Grim Ribeyes.
The results were sensational... This BBQ business is bloody addictive!

Looks good. I hope you had some good music on like the Gurus and enjoyed a cold beverage as the food cooked.
