Kettle Pork Chops

If you're anything like me, when it comes to Pork Chops, the gasser seems to get the nod. Not tonight folks, the gasser stands down and the kettle steps up.

Very tender & juicy and the Kingsford Applewood Charcoal did not fail me. Sorry Genny, you're on the bench. Kettle...You're Up!!!

Great looking chops Chuck. For me the only time the gasser gets the nod is when I'm in a hurry, or when I'm cooking burgers. I love using the griddle on the gasser for burgers.

Great looking chops. I find lean boneless chops a challenge on the performer, yours look perfect.

Great looking chops! Did you brine or anything?
No, it was a last minute thing. They were marinade in a salad dressing, but I forget which one. Probably a Caesar dressing of some sort for an hour or two
