It tasted 1,000 times better than it looks (and that's not too bad if I don't say so myself)

Looks good Chuck.... Can't go wrong with Chuck eyes, There dirt cheap and have a ton of flavor.

If I'm the Bob C mentioned, I'm all good, just had a problem adjusting to a blood thinner for my atrial fibrillation last week.
Planning a pork butt cook tomorrow, and maybe meatloaf today.

Never seen a Chuck eye around here, what would you compare the taste to?
 
It's hard (for me) to tell the difference (in taste) between a Chuckeye and a Ribeye. The Ribeye probably has a little better texture and less likely to fall apart while grilling. Taste wise they're pretty dang close and very tasty
