Hi all,

Glad to be here. Just recently got my WSM 22"/57cm. Currently doing my second smoke on it. The first one was brilliant and since I managed to get a wee day off work I thought I'd take advantage of it.

I have been circling this forum and a few others for a few months before I took the plunge so thanks so far for all the great info on the site.

Hi Lew/Bob, I'm not long finished with my first pork butt. I got fed up of the stall and decided to wrap it as it's late here. I have it resting in a cooler wrapped in foil and towels. Can I leave it that way until tomorrow night for dinner? I imagine it will need reheat before we eat. Thankfully I had made ribs and chicken thighs/drumsticks so at least I was able to have some food tonight.
