Well I'm sure glad I found this forum.

I owned a Weber for 12 years and loved it and have been pining away for another. I found it and in looking for parts I found this place.

Looking forward to swapping recipes and sharing the pool of experience and wisdom.

Sister used to live in Boise!
Start roasting Idaho's bounty!
Fire it up, start the spud, bang out a steak, have dinner!

Tim,

Yea baby! Core the taters and make shallow plugs with the core, stuff the tater with blue. Hesse, bacon crumbles and shredded ham.

Got the idea from YouTube and the ingredients are my favorite.

Maybe I'll share my recipe for twice baked potatoes sometime;-)

Hello! At the eastern Idaho state fair they used to hollow the centers and place in a hot dog, was good back then. Still not bad with butter and sour cream.
