We were in the Sanford Fl. Sam's Club today and my wife saw about 10 Steakhouse Tri-Tip at 3 lbs. and up. $5.98/Lb. USDA Choice but it's already peppered and seasoned. I picked up one and I'll cook it next week. Because it's pre-seasoned I don't know what to expect but will post results when I do my first Tri-Tip cook.
