Anyone Ever Tried This?

Yea, think I mentioned it before. Did a small cook on one of my smaller woks on my starter. Just be carefull as it can tip easily.

I'm not sure if I see the advantage of using a wok on a chimney starter. The veggies in the video are not cooking any faster than what I've seen on a kitchen stove top. I'd like to try it, once, nevertheless, and see what I think.

I tried it on my vortex in the Jumbo Joe and it worked well and a lot safer. But as Rusty said not much faster than a super burner on a range top, but it does keep the heat out of the house.

Sometimes I wish access to one of those blow-torch burners they use at Chinese restaurants. How those guys keep from singeing their hair is a mystery to me.

Wasn't it Robert that fabricated that huge gas side-burner a few weeks back? I'll bet that thing puts out some heat.
