I love my 22! Last weekend I smoked a pork loin & mac & cheese on top grate. Loaded water pan & lower rack with corn on cob still in husk. Cooked for about 12-15 people. Everyone said they enjoyed it.
Last night I grilled veggies, strip steaks & hot dogs right over coals. Everything was perfect.
Today I baked a pan of brownies. Used 1 chimney of lump & empty pan for 325* temp. Turned out really good.
Tonight I cooked a meatloaf my wife prepared. 1/2 chimney if lump for 300-315 & 1 small piece of oak. (Don't tell my wife).
It was the most beautiful meat loaf I've made & tasted great!
I'm cooking 4-5 pork shoulders for my mother-in-law's retirement party in a couple weeks. Can't wait.
