Freezer Diving Beef Roast

Went freezer diving and found a beef roast that needed to be cooked.
Gave it a shot of SPOG and on to the performer with KBB indirect some Pecan for smoke.

Grilled until it hit 125, let it rest for 20 minuets

Also cooked up a small strip steak for a salad later in the week.
