Freezer Diving Beef Roast

Went freezer diving and found a beef roast that needed to be cooked.
Gave it a shot of SPOG and on to the performer with KBB indirect some Pecan for smoke.

Grilled until it hit 125, let it rest for 20 minuets

Also cooked up a small strip steak for a salad later in the week.

Grilled up some corn and did up some mashed taters

Ready

No it’s not canned gravy….it came out of a jar

Roast beef, mashed and gravy is a favorite meal of mine, yours looks super good Rich!

Meat, potatoes & grilled corn... who could ask for more? That roast is beautiful.
