Just for fun: My review of Carl's Jr. Baby Back Ribs Burger


 
Ha ha ha ! Thanks for the sacrifice ! My son tried one and he at first thought they had forgotten to put the ribs in. So he said that was it for him. I'm not going to try it because I know I will be trully disappointed to pay that much for something covered in so much sauce. Anyway, again, thanks for the sacrifice.
 
I admit, I bought one. Like you said, if you set the bar low, it really is a good burger. I can see me doing this cook. Heck, I think it should be a challenge, it would be a fun challenge.

Nice job Chris. It's funny, I did exactly as you described back in May and it turned out pretty good. Smoked a rack of baby backs for 10 hours, the bones fell out and it was actually a pretty good rib sandwich. I'd attach the thread, but as Dustin put it, Photo Bucket killed the pictures. I'm still steamed about that. Anyway, thanks!
