• 3 cups root beer
  • 18oz bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Kosher salt

Cook root beer over medium-high heat until thickened and reduced to 2/3 cup. Remove from heat; stir in your favorite BBQ sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, vinegar and a pinch of kosher salt. Mix well and let stand.

This sauce goes great with ribs. When ribs have finished cooking, brush with sauce and cook a few more minutes to set the sauce. Brush with more sauce before serving.
