Last night I fired up the 22" kettle to cook some chicken the wife picked up while grocery shopping. EVOO, salt, and pepper on the skin and a couple of handfuls of cherry chips and away she goes!
40 minutes later, they had that beautiful cherry wood coloring and rested.
I almost forgot to take a picture of the inside. This was some of the best chicken that I've grilled. You can see the juices on the plate. Mmm.
