My name is Lasse, and I am from sweden.
Just started my move from grilling OTG towards smoking, and am in the process of building myself a Mini SJG WSM - a very fun project.
On the side I am also building a small outdoor kitchen at our summer house, this one in concrete and brick.
I also feel very inspired by all posts on here - having been a lurker quite some time.
