Spares on the WSM 14.5"

Bought some nice meaty spare ribs on sale, cut them in half, threw them on the 14.5" smoker using a mix of hickory and apple wood. Took about 4 1/2 - 5 hrs, and they were done. Little smoker runs rock solid and steady. I was happy with the results. Hope everybody is trying to stay cool. Here are the pics :).
